Job Objective

The Technical Recruiter will have prior recruitment experience, with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices. This role will evaluate applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience in order to best match open positions, proactively collaborating with hiring managers to adjust strategies as needed. This position will seek out untapped talent, drive company growth, and assist individuals in finding rewarding careers.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to draw from as new positions open up.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions to ensure you are able to screen effectively.
  • Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions.
  • Develop and release job postings on different recruitment platforms.
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates.
  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process.
  • Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects.
  • Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with organizations and programs that drive talent to Cloudelligent.
  • Conduct pre-hire reference checks.
  • Assist in onboarding of new hires to ensure they have a smooth first day.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field.
  • 1+ years’ of work experience as a technical recruiter.
  • Comfortable periodically recruiting for non-technical roles.
  • Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems.
  • Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of key HR information.
  • Effective Communication skills (Proficiency in English Language).
